Till to date, there were no BDR issued for the Backwash Cleaning Device. This shown the effectiveness of the modification.
Anyway, upon checking, it was found that one of the bush bearing cover has came out. So, the group needs to find other solutions to avoid the bearing cover from come out of its seats.
The group also need to produce a checklist for production to monitor the operation on daily basis. Besides that it was recommended the kiln operator to take care the cleanness of the device.
